To weave the arts and charms,
for harmony to the truest of Intents,
so there it shall come to be.

To ground and center is to balance the connection between the higher and lower selves and elevate the connection with Nature. When included in spellwork, it provides a starting point from which to align with the intention of the working. It can also be done after magick to release excess energies.

Full Form
Requisites:
White candle
1.
Light the candle.
Use the flame as a focal point, feeling the flow of energy
into, out of, and between the higher and lower selves.
2.
Face north.
Receptive hand at waist level;
palm down with fingers together.
(Projective hand at side with palm inward.)
Feet together.
Invoke the powers of earth.
Sense solidity, foundation, and fertility.
3.
Face east.
Projective hand at head level;
palm forward with fingers spread.
