Ground & Center
Before performing any kind of magick, it is important to ground and center. This promotes alignment with the necessary energies to successfully complete the work at hand while dispelling forces that might hinder the magick or otherwise be unhelpful. This can also be done after magick to release excess energies.
1.
Stand with feet slightly apart and arms raised.
2.
Through the feet, connect with Orb, earth and water.
Feel the energies of strength and love
replacing any unneeded forces.
3.
Through the hands, connect with Sky, air and fire.
Feel the energies of knowledge and determination
replacing any unneeded forces.
4.
Allow the energies to align and balance with the intentions of the work to be done.
